How it Works
Step 1: Reach Out
Send us a message with your event details—we’re excited to hear what you’re planning and how we can be part of it! We'll go over availability, options, answer any questions, and send a quote afterward.
Step 2: Book Your Machine
Lock in your date and secure your vending machine! To reserve your spot and begin the customization process, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Step 3: Review Your Designs
You’ll select your sticker options or opt for custom creations to make sure everything fits your vibe. We’ll send over mockups of your personalized machine face design.
Step 4: Finishing Touches
We’ll confirm delivery details, prep your machine, and handle all the behind-the-scenes magic to ensure your setup is seamless and stylish. The remaining balance and $100 refundable safety deposit are due 1 month before your event.
Step 5: Enjoy the Magic!
It’s showtime! Your custom machine arrives ready to delight. Guests can twist, peel, and relive that nostalgic fun—leaving with the perfect little keepsake.

Hi there! I’m Keely— a full-time event manager by day and nostalgic vending enthusiast by night! Based in Knoxville, TN and serving the surrounding areas, I started Vintage Vending Co. as a playful, one-of-a-kind way to bring even more joy to the moments that matter most. As someone who’s been planning events professionally for years — from intimate celebrations to global gatherings — I’ve seen firsthand how the smallest touches often leave the biggest impressions. That’s where our retro vending machines come in! Rooted in 90s kid nostalgia and modern-day creativity, our machines bring a fun, interactive twist to your special day. Whether filled with stickers or temporary tattoos each machine is a conversation-starter and a memory-maker. Yes! If you have custom artwork or branding you'd like to use, we’re happy to incorporate it!
Nope! We provide quarters to load the machine, so guests can twist and enjoy without needing to bring change. It's part of
the fun.
Yes! The $100 security deposit is fully refundable after your event, as long as the machine is returned without damage and all quarters provided are accounted for. It’s simply a safeguard to ensure everything comes back in great condition.
The sooner the better to make sure a machine is available for your special day! We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance to allow time for design, printing, and planning—especially for custom events.
Totally! The machine and table only need about 5 feet of space. We’ll chat beforehand to make sure setup fits your layout—and makes the most impact.
